Create a No-Code Content Workflow With Five AI Tools

The most powerful AI workflows aren't built in one tool — they're built by chaining the right tool for each step of a process. This guide maps a complete content creation pipeline — five AI tools in sequence, no code at any step — and walks through the first step in full.

The whole pipeline takes about 45 minutes to set up and runs in under 20 minutes per piece of content after that.

The five tools and what each does

  • ChatGPT: Research and angle development — finding what's worth saying and why it matters now
  • Claude: Writing and editing — the actual draft, refined to match your voice
  • Midjourney: Visual creation — original images that don't look like stock photos
  • CapCut: Video assembly — turning written content into short-form video with captions
  • Buffer: Scheduling — queuing content across platforms without manual posting

Step 1: Research and angle (ChatGPT, 5 minutes)

Start in ChatGPT with a research prompt, not a content prompt. The goal of this step is to find the specific angle that makes your content worth reading — not to generate the content itself.

You are a content strategist who specializes in [your niche].

Topic I'm considering: [topic]
My audience: [who they are and what they already know]
My platform: [e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletter]

Before we create any content, I need to know:
1. What's the most underexplored angle on this topic right now?
2. What does my audience probably already believe about this that's worth challenging?
3. What's the specific, concrete insight that would make someone save this post?

Do not write the content yet. Just give me the strategy.
